Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on location — typically:

UK Orders: 2–5 business days
Pakistan Orders: 3–6 business days
International Orders: 5–10 business days

All shipping details, tracking numbers, and updates will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been confirmed.

If an item doesn’t fit, you may request a size exchange under our Exchange Policy.
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 5 hours of placement.
Cancellations after this window cannot be processed once the order has entered production or dispatch.

If a cancellation request is made within 5 hours, the amount will be issued as an e-store coupon, valid for 3 months.
In rare cases where an order must be canceled by Duds London, customers may choose between a full refund or an e-store coupon.
