Our silhouettes are relaxed but structured — if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.


3. Do I need to create an account to shop?

You can create an account or check out as a guest for all online purchases.
Creating an account allows you to view your order history, manage shipping details, and receive updates on upcoming drops — but it’s completely optional.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location, and full details are provided at checkout.


5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while international deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on customs and location.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a unique tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the third-party delivery service’s website for real-time updates.


6. Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed. Please review all product details and sizing carefully before confirming your purchase.

If your order does not fit, please refer to our Exchange Policy to arrange for a different size.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@dudslondon.com within 48 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you immediately.


7. Can I cancel my order?

If a paid order is canceled before delivery at the customer’s request, the amount will be issued as an e-store coupon, redeemable online within 3 months.
This coupon can be applied to the discount panel at checkout — once you click ‘Apply’, the amount will automatically adjust against your new order.

If an order is canceled from our end, you may choose between an e-store coupon or a full refund to your bank account. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process and reflect.


8. How do drops work?

Each Duds London drop is released in limited quantities. Once sold out, pieces are rarely restocked.

Wash inside out, on a gentle cycle with cold water, and air dry.
Avoid tumble drying or direct heat to maintain the structure, texture, and longevity of your garments.

Yes. All Duds London garments are designed with a unisex fit — structured, minimal, and versatile across all styles.


11. Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

Actual colors may vary slightly.
Although we strive to ensure that our photos are as true-to-life as possible, there may be slight differences due to lighting conditions or variations in device screens. Every effort is made to represent our products accurately.
