Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only applicable for size changes of the same product and color.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting support@dudslondon.com.
Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the process of returning your item for a size replacement.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Stock Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the required size is out of stock, you may opt for an e-store coupon equal to your purchase amount, valid for 3 months, which can be used toward any future order.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and cannot be exchanged.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
