Eligibility
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for exchange

Exchange Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds as a general policy. All sales are final except in the following cases:
When You're Eligible for a Refund You are entitled to a full refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or colour)
How to Claim Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence to support@dudslondon.com or WhatsApp +92 340 4265676. Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered (exchange applies instead)
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
Exchange / Return Process
Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the process of returning your item for a size replacement.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Stock Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the required size is out of stock, you may opt for an e-store coupon equal to your purchase amount, valid for 3 months, which can be used toward any future order.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are final and cannot be exchanged.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for exchange.
Important Note
Duds London offer refunds only for the defective products shipped by us.The refund shall be processed in 5 working days. All other purchases are final, except the size changes.
