At Duds London, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Every piece is carefully packed and shipped from our facility to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Order Processing
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp with your tracking number.
- Orders placed during peak periods or launches may experience slight delays due to high order volume.
Shipping Destinations & Timelines We currently ship across Pakistan only. Estimated delivery timeline is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 2,000.
- Orders below PKR 2,000 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping ( whenever available is only a limited time discount), otherwise company will charge you minor amount for shipping.
Tracking Your Order After dispatch, a unique tracking number will be shared with you via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. Duds London will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact support@dudslondon.com or our number +92 340 4265676 with your order number. We'll coordinate with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Attempts If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Packages If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and item and contact support@dudslondon.com or our number +92 340 4265676 within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and assist accordingly.
